“BAM!”
Want to know what super-successful people ALL have in common?
They take ACTION.
Moreover, they take action FAST.
Internet marketing expert, Eben Pagan, recently spoke about this
at his "Get Altitude" event. He referred to a study of successful
entrepreneurs which found that they all tended to make decisions
and act much more quickly than others.
When placed in any given situation - whether it's an opportunity
or threat - they quickly consider their options, weigh up the
pros and cons, then - BAM! - take action.
Now, this doesn't mean that they make reckless or wrong-headed
decisions. Remember, I'm talking about people who have achieved
business SUCCESS!
However, I have a feeling that many of those who have squandered everything and ended up bankrupt have also tended to quickly make decisions and act fast!
The difference is that successful people make the RIGHT decisions and act accordingly in a GAME they are skilled in.
They don't skip over the analysis bit, they just do it more
quickly. And they don't make hasty decisions - they have the
skill, knowledge and experience to know what to do in a given
situation.
But the point is, they DON'T get stuck in "analysis paralysis" or
wait for condidions to be "perfect". Once they have the
information they need, they reach a decision and ACT FAST.
This action orientation is something you can develop and improve
through practice. And practising is as simple as making decisions
and acting more quickly than you do now!

“How To Avoid The Scams and Find The Right Work At Home Job,
Business or Business Opportunity For You”
I don't know about you, but I'm tired of all the B.S. "work at
home income opportunities" being touted on the Internet.
You know the kind - where you buy some turn-key "business in a
box" that supposedly earns you millions while you sip cocktails
at the beach!
On the other hand, I'm also tired of all the scare mongers who
claim that it's impossible to make any kind of living working at
a home.
How about a reality check?
1. You are NOT likely to make millions of dollars with any kind
of "get rich quick" scheme. (It's either illegal or it doesn't
work.)
2. You ARE likely to make a good income - maybe even a fortune -
in a legitimate home based job or business.
What's a "legitimate home based job or business"?

“6 Ways To Turn Customers AGAINST You'”
Okay, this is a bit tongue in cheek, but we recently experienced some "issues" with our Internet service provider.
Turns out this company is absolutely BRILLIANT at showing you, exactly, step by step, how to turn customers AGAINST you!
In fact, their "system" has been honed and perfected to the point
where I can almost guarantee that if you follow each step you
will not only LOSE a customer for life, but they will also tell
everyone they know about how rotten you are! And you'll lose even
more customers!
Here are the 6 steps:
1. Use misleading and deceptive advertising. Don't tell prospects
that they're really going to get a sub-standard version of
what you claim to deliver.
2. When a customer complains, tell them that it's their fault.
3. When the customer complains again, repeat Step 2.
4. When the customer complains again, repeat Step 2 AND downgrade
their service without telling them.
5. When the customer complains to the industry ombudsman (or
relevant Government authority), quickly return the service to
"normal" and lie about why the service had been downgraded.
6. When the customer maintains their original complaint and seeks
to discontinue the service, impose contract termination
penalties.
Needless to say, some of these practices are quite illegal, let
alone unethical.
But where does it make sense from a business point of view to
treat customers so poorly?
All I can say is that while various companies continue to offer
such poor customer service... there will ALWAYS be opportunities
for other companies to come along and snatch their business away.

“You The Handbook”
Scott Kiere awoke one morning, looked in the mirror and didn't recognize the reflection.
He was 50 pounds overweight, smoking daily and wondering how
life seemed to have just happened to him...
"And then I begin to notice myself at every opportunity possible
- and trust me, I was a master of creating such opportunities -
complaining, blaming, justifying. I showed up needlessly angry
with my wife, distracted with my children and truthfully I didn't
have a clue how to change it."
"Then, in one of those surreal moments where everything seems to
just slow to almost a stop, my lower back went out. But more than
the pain in my back, something snapped deep inside my soul and I
got something."
"It may have just been a first distinction. But it was a critical
one for me. I finally understood what all those amazing people
and stories had been attempting to tell me all along."
"And this is what I began to understand..."

“Michael Clayton”
Michael Clayton is a compelling drama starring George Clooney as the "fixer" at a large New York corporate law firm.
While he fights his own demons - a gambling habit, mounting debt
and family problems - his job is to "clean up" client
indiscretions and other embarrassing and potentially costly
problems at the firm.
His latest assignment is to neutralize one of the firms's top
litigation partners, whose nervous breakdown not only threatens
the case he has been working on for 6 years, but also the future
of the firm.
But if Clayton was able to skate the thin line between right and
wrong in previous assignments, this new task brings the line
clearly into view. The question for Clayton is whether or not he
will cross it.
The script, cinematography, direction and acting are all
brilliant in Michael Clayton. However, the story itself is what
shines. Yes, it's dark. But it also gives an insight into how,
when people become too immersed in their jobs, they can become
removed from who they really want to be.
Each of the main characters reflects this theme.
Take the Chief Counsel played by Tilda Swinton. We see her make
some horrible decisions... yet it's not hard to believe that a
few years before she probably only made one, slightly morally
questionable decision... which led to another... to another... to
another... and to another. Each worse than the one before, yet
each approached with even more pragmatism.
To the point where the worse possible decision is just another
decision in a busy day.
If anything, this film is a wake-up call to everyone who feels as
though they're trapped in a loathesome machine they can't escape.
The truth is, that machine is of their own making. Fortunately,
as Michael Clayton shows, it's never to late to make the right
decision and break out of that machine.
4 out of 5 stars!
