“The Power Of The Two Ps”
When it comes to succeeding in life, there are two "Ps" that are pretty much essential for you to possess.
Sure, there are other determinants of success. In fact, if you check out my inspirational movie you'll discover what I believe to be the 7 Keys To Success.
==> Inspirational Flash Movie
I mention one of the "Ps" in this movie... but I don't emphasize
the other "P" which underlies ALL the keys.
So what are the two "Ps" and why are they so powerful?
The first P is "persistence".
In almost every endeavor you will come across roadblocks and
challenges. How you respond to these - whether you give up or
push on despite the difficulties - will determine whether or
not you reach your goals.
Although there are certainly times when changing course is the
optimal course of action, in many others it's a case of
perservering and enduring the associated pain in order to be
successful.
The second P is "patience".
You're probably well aware that all those "overnight successes" -
whether your own or those of other people - were often many
months or years in the making. So too, when it comes to reaching
future goals, we often need to be patient. In some ways, patience
is a form of persistence. We need the ability to persist through
the discomfort of not seeing results when we'd like.
Now, persistence and patience are not sufficient for success. But
they are both necessary. I don't know ANYONE who has achieved
anything of note who hasn't had to persist through considerable
challenges... or who hasn't had the patience to wait, and wait,
and wait, before seeing the fruits of their labors.
So... if you're NOT quite reaching your goals right now, ask
yourself: are you being persistent? Are you being patient? If
not, changing just these two factors could be the answer.

“How To Publish Your Own Successful Email Newsletter”
I was *going* to write a report on how to publish a successful
email newsletter.
After all, I've been publishing Success Accelerator for about a year and a half now, and prior to that, I wrote 3 weekly
newsletters for my previous Internet business. So I reckon I've
learned a thing or two.
But Kevin Riley has beaten me to the punch!
Kevin, who's a good friend of mine, has just produced a report, "Recipe For Delivering Your Own Popular Newsletter" which pretty
much covers everything you need to know about publishing email
newsletters, autoresponder series, and promotional emails.
So I'm not going to re-invent the wheel... get Kevin's report
instead:

* QUICK TIPS *
“Assumption Is The Mother Of All...”
Actually, that is a misquote. Another word is usually used
instead of "stuff-up"... Anyway, the point is that erroneous
assumptions can often lead to MASSIVE mistakes.
So my number one tip to avoid making such mistakes is to catch
yourself whenever you find yourself making assumptions. As a rule
of thumb, whenever you make an assumption about ANYTHING... stop!
Consider what may happen if your assumptions are wrong.
Incorporate the best, worse and intermediate case scenarios into
your analysis. Then imagine what may happen if something crazy
happens.
Ideally, be prepared to react in a number of ways. You may never
be adequately prepared for what actually happens, but you can, at
least, be prepared to change course if required. In other words,
develop your ability to quickly and ably respond to events,
whatever they may be.

“How To Buy a Business For a Dollar”
In Lesson 11 of the Investment Success Formula course, I explain
how to literally buy a high-potential business for a dollar.
I also cover how and whether to buy a franchise or an existing business as a means to build wealth.
Oh, and I reveal my honest opinion about MLMs and "businesses in
a box" being vehicles for becoming financially independent (not).
If you're interested in buying a franchise or business, this may
be just the primer you need to get started.

“Which Came First - Happiness or Success?”
Does Success Lead to Happiness... Or Does Happiness Lead To Success?
A study conducted by researchers at the University of California,
Riverside, and published in the Psychological Bulletin (November
2005), indicates that happiness is more likely to lead to
success... not the other way around.
In a review of 225 studies on happiness and success, Sonja
Lyubomirsky, PhD and her team of researchers studied the
relationship between happiness and general life success in more
than 275,000 people. They found that happy people tend to have
certain qualities that make them more likely to succeed in
achieving their goals. These qualities include having:
- A positive view of both themselves and others;
- Greater creativity;
- High social interaction;
- A strong immune system; and
- Effective coping skills
