“Why Do People Do The Wrong Thing?”
Why do people voluntarily do the wrong thing - whether it's breaking the law, contravening a policy or rule, or doing something immoral?
Generally, it's because they are motivated by one or more of the following beliefs:
1. They don't think it's wrong (or at least they don't think it's wrong for THEM to do).
2. They think they can get away with it.
3. It benefits them.
Why is this important to know? Because if we are ever going to
stop people from doing the wrong thing we need to address their
motivations.
These beliefs underlie the commission of crimes in our society -
whether it's individuals committing heinous crimes or
corporations breaching industry regulations.
Closer to home, they also drive our friends, neighbors and kids to sometimes do the wrong thing.
For example, if you discover your child doing the wrong thing,
you can punish them all you want. You can even physically
prevent them from doing the wrong thing in the future.
But your best chance of guaranteeing that they won't do it
again is to address all three beliefs: show them why it IS wrong,
that they CANNOT get away with it, and that ultimately it does
NOT benefit them.

“How To Publish Your Own Successful Email Newsletter”
I was going to write a report on how to publish a successful email newsletter.
After all, I've been publishing Success Accelerator for about a year and a half now, and prior to that, I wrote 3 weekly newsletters for my previous Internet business. So I reckon I've learned a thing or two.
But Kevin Riley has beaten me to the punch!
Kevin, who's a good friend of mine, has just produced a report" Recipe For Delivering Your Own Popular Newsletter" which pretty much covers everything you need to know about publishing email newsletters, autoresponder series, and promotional emails.
So I'm not going to re-invent the wheel... get Kevin's report instead:

“How To Get Out of a Rut”
If you feel like you're in a rut - at work, in your personal
life, or when it comes to such matters as your health or
finance - there's only one thing to do: do something different!
Being in a rut is all about feeling trapped in a certain
unsatisfactory pattern. By definition, you won't escape that
rut unless you break the pattern.
It doesn't matter so much what you do to break that pattern,
just that you break it. Which is why it's important not to get
hung up on what you actually do to get out of the rut.
For example, many people who hate their jobs still end up doing
them for 5, 10, 20 years simply because they don't know what
else to do.
Let's get this clear: if you want to get out of a career rut,
don't worry so much about what you do to next. Just do
something!
Just breaking your pattern and doing something different will
open up your world, re-awaken your sense of self-worth,
and give you the confidence that you can do something different.
For example, a few years ago I coached a lady to leave her
corporate marketing job to pursue her dream, which was to
manage her own homewares store.
Sure enough, she got a job managing a homewares store and
within months... she hated it! She subsequently left that job
and got a new job in marketing.
But here's the thing. By doing something different - by making a
change and getting out of her rut - she was happier than she'd
been for years. She quickly realized that she didn't want to work
in a homewares store, and that she wanted to get back into
marketing, but with a different company.
And because, having made such a radical change, she felt
energized, confident and empowered, she quickly got the kind of
job she wanted.
The same principle applies to any kind of rut. Don't worry about
what you do next, just do something... and watch how the world
will open up for you.

“Don't Apply - Don't Even Look For - a Job Until You Read This!”
"What a great book! Anna has given me ideas and strategies that I
would never have thought of....EVER. Which probably also means
that no one else will have thought of them either. I know for certain that if I follow the principles of this book, I will have a distinct advantage and edge over everyone else.
There are some amazing strategies in this book, such as: changing
how you think about what you "want", great resume writing ideas, interview strategies/techniques and how to target key decision makers in ANY company to get that job.
My personal favorite is the "Job Fulfillment Description" on a resume. I had never heard of this until I read this book and I think that most employers would be blown away when presented with this technique.
Thank you Anna for writing such a great book. I plan to keep this book for a very long time and keep it for my children to read when they are ready to enter the workforce.
I recommend this book to anyone who cringes at the thought of going to work or who has a dream job in mind."
